Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use pmex.dseconsultancy.com or book a call with me. They're written to be read, so please do.
1. Who I am
This website is run by Sourav Das, trading as PMeX Labs (Personal Marketing eXperts), based in Kolkata, India. You can reach me at souravdas.official3366@gmail.com.
2. What this website is for
The website explains what PMeX Labs does and how working with me would look. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any work starts only once we've agreed it in writing: a signed agreement, or a contract on a platform such as Upwork.
3. Prices
- Prices are in US dollars and are charged per website. The price per website depends on how many websites you run with PMeX: Starter (1 website), Standard (2 to 9) or Advanced (10 or more). If a higher tier works out cheaper for you, you get that price.
- Setup is a one-time fee per website: $239 on Starter, $220 on Standard and $179 on Advanced. Founding clients pay $99 for their first website, which includes setup and the first 2 months. Founding places are limited and offered at my discretion.
- After setup, or after the founding period, the PMeX app costs $9.99 (Starter), $9 (Standard) or $7.49 (Advanced) a month per website. You can stop at the end of any month.
- If I manage your account, you pay only my time, at $5 an hour, either hourly or as an agreed weekly plan. The monthly app fee doesn't apply while I manage it.
- Agency white-label builds are a one-time fee, quoted per agency. They come with a written, non-exclusive licence: the agency may rebrand and rebuild the front end, while the PMeX core remains mine and may be licensed to others.
- Your AI usage and credits, any paid data, image or video tools you switch on and your ad spend are billed to you directly by each provider, at their own prices. They aren't included in any of my fees, including my hourly rate.
- Prices may change for new clients. Anything already agreed in writing stays as agreed.
4. Booking a call
Calls are booked through Cal.com. Booking a call doesn't commit either of us to anything. If you need to cancel or move it, use the link in your confirmation email.
5. If you found me on Upwork
If we met through Upwork, our work and payments go through Upwork and its terms apply alongside any agreement we make there.
6. Examples and results
The figures, screens and examples on this website come from real work for specific clients on the dates shown. They show what was achieved there. They aren't a promise of the same results for your business, because results depend on your market, budget, website and many other things.
7. Names and trademarks
Product and company names such as Claude, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, WordPress and Upwork belong to their owners. Mentioning them describes the tools and platforms PMeX Labs works with. It doesn't mean they endorse PMeX Labs.
8. Content on this website
The text, design and images on this website belong to me or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to it. Please don't copy or reuse its content without asking first.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to other services, such as Cal.com and Upwork. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Liability
I work to keep this website accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it's always complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the general information here. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of the country you live in gives you.
12. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
