Privacy policy

Last updated 2 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data PMeX Labs collects through this website, call bookings and email, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

1. Who is responsible

Sourav Das, trading as PMeX Labs, Kolkata, India, is responsible for your data. Contact: souravdas.official3366@gmail.com.

2. What this website collects by itself

Nothing that identifies you. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels, and its fonts and images are served from this website rather than from third parties.

Like every website, its hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period under Hostinger's own policies.

If I add analytics or advertising tools in future, I'll update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

3. When you book a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, website, your answers to the booking questions, the time you choose and how you'd like to meet. Cal.com sends these to me by email and adds the booking to my Google Calendar. The meeting itself takes place on the service you choose, such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Each of those services handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. When you email me

If you email me, I receive your email address, your name and whatever you choose to write.

5. Why I use your data

The legal grounds are your consent when you book or write to me, taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. I don't use your data for automated decisions about you, and I never sell it.

6. Who else sees it

Only the service providers that make the above possible: Cal.com for bookings, Google for email and calendar, the meeting service you choose, and Hostinger for hosting. Some of them may store data outside India or outside your own country. Where the law requires, they use recognised safeguards for those transfers.

7. How long I keep it

If we don't go on to work together, I delete enquiry and booking details within 12 months. If we do, I keep what's needed for the length of our agreement and for as long as tax and legal rules require afterwards.

8. Client work

Data I handle inside a client's own accounts while we work together is covered separately by the written data-processing agreement each client signs.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the UK and EU GDPR, you can ask me to:

Email souravdas.official3366@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local EU authority.

10. Children

This website and my services are meant for businesses. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too. See also the terms and conditions.
