PMeX Labs gives your business a Head of Marketing called Atlas and a team of 64 AI roles across 9 departments: strategy, web, SEO and AI search, content, paid ads, social, leads and CRM, analytics and design. It works inside your website, Google, Meta and CRM accounts, powered by Claude on an AI account in your company's name. Brief it in a message or a voice note. It plans the work, does it, gets it reviewed and reports back.

What the usual arrangement costs
I've spent seven years in marketing, at agencies and in-house, running SEO, ads and websites for clients in India, USA, UK and Canada. The people responsible for growth rarely lacked skill. They lacked budget and time.
Budget, because every agency and freelancer brings their own tools, like an SEO suite, a rank tracker or a design app, and the cost lands in their fees. Time, because someone still has to chase updates, share logins and work out what actually moved the numbers.
AI could already do much of that work. What was missing was the layer that connects it to a business's real data, gives each job a clear owner and rules, and checks the work before anyone sees it. So I built that layer, and my first client, DSE Consultancy Services, put it to work. Its first run on their site found three problems that routine checks had missed:
First scan of dseconsultancy.com, 24–25 Sep 2026.
Then I gave it a full team. That's PMeX Labs: an AI-powered marketing department, connected to your accounts and run with you. You keep the capabilities and drop the overlapping bills.
A tool still needs someone to run it. PMeX Labs comes with the team built in: strategy, content, SEO, ads, social and reporting, working as one, without a separate bill for each.
Most AI marketing tools want you to move your work into their platform. PMeX does the opposite. It plugs into the tools and accounts you already use and automates the work you're already doing.
It connects to your tools through their own APIs and takes over the jobs you already run, instead of asking you to start again somewhere else.
Set it up around what you're chasing, whether that's traffic, leads or social reach. Switch off any module you don't need and it disappears from the menu.
Competitor research, keyword rankings and site audits usually mean separate subscriptions. Here the data comes through APIs: mostly free, and a few cents per check when it isn't.
Each task has its own agent, a lead reviews the result, and the rules you set stop anything risky from going live.
Five checkpoints before anything public goes out. Work that fails a check goes back down the chain with numbered fixes.
| Single-task AI tools | AI agent apps | Agencies & freelancers | PMeX Labs | |

| Features you don't need | Paid for anyway | Bundled in | Billed as services | Switch them off |
| Who does the work | You do | A set of bots | A mix of people | Specialist agents under one Head of Marketing |
| Who checks it | You do | Sometimes an approval step | Depends on the team | A lead review on every task, plus guardrails |

| Who owns the accounts | Your work sits in their platform | Your work sits in their platform | Sometimes the agency | You do, always |
| Running cost | A subscription per tool | A monthly subscription | Retainers, with tool costs in the fee | A setup fee and a monthly management fee; AI and data billed to you by each provider |
You're at the top, your accounts are at the bottom, and the team sits in between. Claude does the thinking, on an AI account in your company's name. PMeX gives it roles, rules and a memory of your business.
Claude Opus 5.5 leads as Atlas. Claude Sonnet 5.5 does the specialist work and the reviews, and Claude Haiku 5.5 takes the bulk jobs, such as tagging, alt text and summaries. If your business has standardised on another provider, OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol and Terra, and GPT-6 Luna, or Google's Gemini 4 Argon, can run through their APIs. For tighter control, open-weight models such as Kimi K3, GLM-5.2, Qwen and DeepSeek can be self-hosted in your own cloud. Whichever you choose, your data never goes to a model that trains on it.
Pick one to see its lead, its specialists and the questions you can ask it.
The one you talk to. Atlas turns your goals into a plan, sets each department's priorities and budget, assigns the work, does the final review and reports back in plain words.
Use the arrows or pick a step. Each one shows who does the work and the small part that needs you.
Pick something you'd normally hire three people for. You'll see which roles take it on, in what order, and the few moments that need you.
Run it on autopilot within limits you set, approve each public change yourself, or direct every task. You can switch at any time, and choose a different mode for each department.
Running PMeX has four parts, and the usage and balance view shows them all in one place. My setup fee and monthly fee. Your AI usage, billed to you by the provider against the monthly cap you set. Any paid data you switch on, charged per use. And your ad spend, paid to Google and Meta. There's no PMeX platform subscription, and I add nothing to any provider's price.
Google and Meta data is free. A few extras, like rank tracking or checking what AI assistants say about you, cost a little each time they run. Switch on only what you need and set a limit. The usage and balance view keeps a running total against each cap, and paid jobs wait when a cap is reached.
Part of every agency fee pays for their tools. Here's where PMeX gets the same information instead, and it all stays in your accounts.
| The job | Usually paid for with | With PMeX |
|---|---|---|
| Competitor tracking | A competitor-research subscription | Competitor keywords, rankings and links by API, a few cents per check |
| Keyword rankings | A rank-tracker subscription | Google data by API, checked as often as you choose |
| Technical audits | A site-audit tool | A built-in crawler plus Google's own index and speed data, free |
| AI search visibility | An AI-visibility tracker | Checks on what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews say about you |
| Reporting | A dashboard tool | One dashboard, built around your goal |
| Design and video | Theme builders, design and editing apps | Made in the same workflow, in your brand style |
Paid data is charged per use, and paid jobs wait once you reach your limit. The running total is always on screen.
You pay me a setup fee and a monthly management fee. Your AI usage and any paid data are billed to you by each provider, at their prices. Nothing is marked up or locked in.
That's the whole idea: keep running costs as low as they can go, so more of the budget goes into growth.

changes verified live on the site
As of 30 Oct 2026Every enquiry is now counted exactly once in GA4 and Meta. Before, the site couldn't count a lead at all.
Oct 2026 · live headless testpages rebuilt and redeployed by the team, matching the live site to within 0.06% of pixels on desktop and phone.
Oct 2026 · visual comparison, 30 templatescity pages re-optimised in one reviewed change pack, each with its own keyword heading, title and meta.
Oct 2026 · approved by the Web leadof recorded visits were bots (563 of 650). They're filtered out, so every report shows real people only.
1–28 Oct 2026, GA4automated tests, plus a security review with zero high-severity findings before launch.
Oct 2026 · app buildEach business gets its own PMeX instance, in its own cloud account where possible, running on its own AI account. Your data is never pooled with anyone else's.
I work through each platform's own access roles, such as a Search Console user, a GA4 role, a Google Ads manager link, Meta partner access or a WordPress application password. You can see and remove each one whenever you like.
Every client signs a data-processing agreement. It covers what data is used, for what, who processes it, and how it's returned or deleted when we stop.
Your data only goes to models whose terms say they won't train on it: business API accounts, or open-weight models hosted in your own cloud.
The team reads your ad and analytics accounts. Changes reach them only through steps you approve or rules you set.
No number appears without a dated source, and copy takes facts only from your verified fact sheet. If data is missing, the console says so instead of guessing.
Your accounts, data, content and results are yours. PMeX itself stays my tool, licensed to you while we work together, and the contract says so in plain words.
I set it up, I watch it, and you can reach me directly. AI does the work; people make the decisions.
The console itself uses a password plus two-factor login, encrypted account tokens and a security review before every launch.
You pay for setup and expertise. There's no PMeX platform subscription: your AI usage, data and ad spend are billed to you by each provider. Every business is different, so we start with a short call.
I'm onboarding a small first group of businesses, with hands-on setup from me and a direct line while the team learns your business.
For founders and in-house teams who want to run their own marketing department. I install PMeX in your accounts, train it on your business, then hand you the controls.

Setup fee and monthly management fee · scoped to your goals
For agencies that want an AI-powered marketing department for each client. Each client gets a licence and a private instance of its own.
Per-client licence, with monthly support and updates · quoted after the call
Add specialists for your niche. Industry writers with your compliance rules, WhatsApp and lead follow-up flows, extra platforms such as Shopify or LinkedIn, and connections to your CRM and tools. Scoped per project, on any of the three routes.
An AI API account in your company's name, with Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google. You set a monthly spending cap and add me as a member, and the provider bills you directly at its own prices. What you spend depends on how much work the team does. We agree a starting cap on our call, and the usage view shows spend against it at any time. Personal chat subscriptions aren't used.
There's no PMeX platform subscription. You pay me a setup fee and a monthly management fee, both quoted after our call. The management fee covers your licence to use PMeX plus my support and updates, or me running the department on the Managed route. Separately, your AI usage, any paid data you switch on and your ad spend are billed to you by each provider, at their own prices. I add nothing on top, and the usage and balance view shows every amount against its cap.
An agency or freelancer brings their own people, tools and reporting, and the cost of those tools sits inside the fee. An AI tool asks you to move your work into its platform and do the work yourself. PMeX is an AI-powered marketing department working inside your own accounts. Specialists do the work and leads review it. Then you, or your autopilot rules, decide what goes live.
Setup: I install PMeX in your accounts, train it on your business and hand you the controls. Managed: I run the department week to week and you approve what goes public. Agencies: a licence per client, so each of your clients gets its own private instance. Every route includes your brand kit, tone and fact sheet, a first full audit and a written data agreement.
You own your accounts, your data, your content and your results, including everything the team creates for you. PMeX itself, meaning its roles, playbooks and console, stays my tool. You get a licence to use it while we work together, and our contract says so in writing. If we stop, your website, accounts, content, reports and change history all stay with you.
Every client signs a written data-processing agreement. It covers what data is used, why, who processes it, and how it's returned or deleted at the end. Your PMeX instance is private to your business and never pooled with others. Your data only goes to models whose terms rule out training on it: business API accounts, or open-weight models self-hosted in your cloud.
No. You add me through each platform's own access settings: a user in Search Console, a role in GA4, a link from my Google Ads manager account, partner access in Meta, and an application password in WordPress. Each access covers only what the work needs, so you can see exactly who has what and remove any of it whenever you like.
You choose, department by department. On co-pilot, the default, the team prepares everything and you approve anything public with one tap. On autopilot, routine work such as scheduled posts, SEO fixes and budget moves inside your cap goes ahead within your rules. New sites, big redesigns and any spend above your cap always wait for your yes. Hands-on lets you direct each task.
It covers websites on WordPress, Shopify or custom code, Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads, and Meta Ads and Pixel. It also works with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest, Canva and AI video tools, most CRMs, and WhatsApp Business. It suits service businesses, retail, education, healthcare, real estate, finance, B2B and more. Regulated industries get their own claim rules and a compliance check.
Every change is logged with a prediction, the metric that will prove it, and a check date. On that date the team pulls fresh data from your own Google, Meta and CRM accounts and grades the change, including when it didn't work. Bot visits are filtered out, so reports count real people. Each month you get a report showing what every change achieved.
The first full audit and a ranked plan come at the start of setup. The first fixes go live as soon as you approve them. Each change then has its own check date, usually one to four weeks later. Ads and lead-reply fixes tend to show sooner, while search gains build over months. I won't promise rankings or numbers I can't prove.
Yes. You can start by using PMeX to track and check your agency's work against your own data. Then you decide what, if anything, to bring in-house and when. With your agency's agreement, the team can also take on the jobs they don't cover, such as social posts or lead follow-up, without touching their campaigns.
You keep everything in your accounts: website, content, ad accounts, data and reports. Notice is two weeks or less. In that time I hand over a list of every access, plus an export of your console data and change history, then remove my access, or you remove it yourself. Your AI account stays in your name, to keep or close. The PMeX licence ends with our contract, and your data is returned or deleted as the agreement says.
I'm based in Kolkata and have worked with clients in India, USA, UK and Canada. PMeX writes in your tone of voice in English, and can work in other languages the models support. For other languages I recommend a native speaker's review before anything public goes out. Ads, content and budgets are set up for your own market, currency and local rules.
At the start, create the AI account, add me to your platforms and check the fact sheet the team builds about your business. After that, approve what's ready each week, which most teams do in one sitting, or set autopilot rules once. Each month, read the report and set the next month's goals and budget. Briefs can be a message or a voice note.
